This Court made the following:
ORDER:
This company petition is filed for an order to wind up the respondent for non-payment of the debt due to the petitioner.
This Court, by order dated 17.06.2014 in C.P.No.165 of 2011, ordered winding up of the respondent. In view of the said order, the petitioner, who claims to be one of the creditors of the respondent, is entitled to file its claim before the Official Liquidator as and when such claims are invited. In view of the same, this company petition need not be adjudicated on merits.
Accordingly, the company petition is closed.
As a sequel to closure of the company petition, Company Application Nos.728 and 729 of 2014 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
