the declaration made Members of the company on 1-9-2011 and authorisation given to the Shri Kankipati Appala Satyanarayana Zagapathi Raju, Director, and delivered to the Registrar of Companies, Hyderabad under Section 488 of the Act, the company has no debts and the same be wound up voluntarily, and accordingly appointed Sri L. Dhanamjay Reddy, a practicing Company Secretary, as the Liquidator of the company under Section 490 of the Act at the remuneration of Rs.3,00,000/-; and that as per the records and information made available by the Liquidator of the company, he has examined the entire record and it was found that the Liquidator has realised a sum of Rs.83,11,818/-. The Deputy Official Liquidator has mentioned in tabular columns the break-up of the sources from which the amounts have been recovered and costs of Rs.83,11,818 incurred by the Liquidator of the company under various heads, respectively.
