The Deputy Official Liquidator further reported that as per the minutes of the extraordinary General Meeting of the members of the company held on 7-1-2013 at the registered office at Visakhapatnam, it was resolved that in terms of the provisions of Section 484(1)(b) of the Act and having regard to the declaration made by the Board of Directors on 15-122012, and delivered to the Registrar of Companies, Hyderabad under Section 488 of the Act, the company has no debts and the same be wound up voluntarily, and accordingly appointed Ms. Anuradha Bisani, a practicing Company Secretary as the Liquidator of the company under Section 490 of the Act at the remuneration of Rs.50,000/per month; and that as per the records and information made available by the Liquidator of the company, he has examined the entire record from 7-1-2013 to 23-9-2013 and it was found that the Liquidator has realised a sum of Rs.4,47,72,028-49 ps. The Deputy Official Liquidator has mentioned in tabular columns the break-up of the sources from which the amounts have been recovered and costs of Rs.22,49,916-39 ps. incurred by the Liquidator of the company under various heads, respectively. In the third tabular column, a total sum of Rs.4,25,22,112-00 is shown as ‘Returns to contributories’. He has further stated that the
