O R D E R :
This application is filed to dispense with the meeting of the equity shareholders and convene the meeting of unsecured creditors of the applicant company.
This Court, by order dated 01.09.2014, dispensed with the convening of the meeting of the applicant (transferor company) and appointed Sri K. Raja Reddy, Advocate, as chairperson to convene the meeting of the unsecured creditors of the applicant company. The chairperson submitted his report dated 01.11.2014, which is placed on record.
