JUDGMENT:
This Appeal is filed against judgment and decree, dated 08.11.2005, in O.S.No.1899 of 1997 on the file of the IV Senior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad.
At the hearing, Sri A.Abhishek Reddy, the learned counsel for the appellants, stated that the parties have settled the dispute out of the Court and that therefore the appellants are not interested in pursuing this appeal.
This statement of the learned counsel for the appellants is placed on record and the appeal is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn.
As a sequel to dismissal of the appeal, interim order, dated 30.04.2008, in CCCAMP.No.245 of 2008 is vacated and CCCAMP.Nos.245 of 2008 and 120 of
2014 are dismissed as infructuous.
