Respondents have filed a copy of memo, dated 29.03.2014 issued by respondent No.1 in support of their plea that they have complied with the order of this Court.

Sri Boya Ravinder Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner pointed out that as per the earlier sanction, the petitioner was permitted to fill up five vacancies and that under memo, dated 29.03.2014 issued by respondent No.1, permission for filling up only two vacancies has been accorded.

A perusal of the said memo would show that the schools at North Mopur, Mudivarthy and Chowkicherla have been closed and the number of students of Pallaprolu School has come down to 18, which is far below the required strength as per the rationalization scheme. These facts have not been disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner. Though initially, sanction was given for filling up five vacancies, in view of subsequent events, the respondents have accorded sanction for filling up only two vacancies, which are in Rebala and Iskapalli schools, which evidently satisfy the rationalization norm. In view of these undisputed facts, I am satisfied that the respondents have complied with the order of this Court.

For the above-mentioned reasons, the Contempt Case is closed and the respondents are discharged from the contempt proceedings.
