CONTEMPT CASE No.2032 of 2013
ORDER: (Per Hon’ble Sri Justice R.Subhash Reddy)
This contempt case, under Sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, is filed alleging that the respondents herein have violated the order, dated 11.06.2013, passed by this Court in WAMP.No.1407 of 2013 in W.A.No.576 of 2013.
Today when the matter is called for admission, it is submitted by learned counsel for the respondents that the respondents have complied with the aforesaid order of this Court. Learned counsel for the petitioner has not disputed the same.
In view of the aforesaid submission, the Contempt Case is closed.
