This contempt case is filed under Sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, alleging that the respondents have violated the directions issued by this Court in the order dated 08.08.2013, passed in W.A.No.570 of 2012.
When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is brought to our notice that subsequent to disposal of writ petition, respondents herein have filed review petition in W.A.M.P.No.2690 of 2014 in W.A.No.570 of 2012 and by order dated 14.08.2014, a Division Bench of this Court has allowed the said review petition and the order dated 08.08.2014 was reviewed.
In the aforesaid circumstances, this contempt case does not survive for adjudication and it is accordingly closed. Miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
