Order:
This Contempt Case is filed alleging willful disobedience of Order, dated 09-12-2013, in WP.No.19681 of 2012, by the respondent.
At the hearing, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue (AP), on instructions, submitted that the respondent has complied with the order of this Court by cancelling
the possession certificate held by the writ petitioner by Order, dated 03-09-2014; that in pursuance thereof, an order of eviction was passed under Section 6 of the A.P.Land Encroachment Act, 1905, and that the petitioner has partly vacated the disputed property on 11-09-2014.
In the light of the above submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, which is not denied by the learned Counsel for the petitioner, the Contempt Case is closed.
