ORDER:
This appeal arises out of order dated 16.03.2007 in E.A.No.8 of 2005 in E.P.No.4 of 2004 in O.S.No.23 of 2001 on the file of the learned Judge, Family Court, Warangal.
At the hearing, Mr. C.A.R. Seshagiri Rao, learned counsel for the appellant, requested for permission to withdraw the appeal.
In view of the said request, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
As a sequel to dismissal of the appeal, interim order dated 06.10.2007 stands vacated and A.S.M.P.Nos.2115 of 2007 and 2132 of 2009 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
