THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE NOOTY RAMAMOHANA RAO WRIT PETITION NO.9384 OF 2013
ORDER:
On behalf of the Andhra Pradesh Education and Welfare Infrastructure Development Corporation, Sri A. Sanjeev Kumar who accepted notice on the last occasion, has pointed out that the transfer and posting orders to the petitioner have already been issued and were also received by the writ petitioner.
Therefore, preserving the liberty to the writ petitioner, to seek all such legal remedies as are available to him under law, if any grievance exists till, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Miscellaneous applications if any, shall stand dismissed.
