“to issue any writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the acts of the 5^th respondent on the recommendation of the 3^rd and 4^th respondents in placing the petitioner’s son for examination at 5^th respondent and where the 5^th respondent made the petitioner’s son to live along with mentally ill and mentally disabled persons is arbitrary, illegal and violative of Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India.”

After arguing the case, Mr.P.Vamsheedhar Reddy, learned Counsel for the petitioner, sought for permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to his client to file appropriate application in the Court of the learned X Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at Malkajgiri, for the same relief, which is claimed in this Writ Petition.

The request of the learned Counsel for the petitioner

is accepted and the Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty in terms of the prayer made.

As a sequel, WPMP.No.6384 of 2013, filed by the petitioner for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous.
