ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed for a mandamus to declare the action of the respondents in not assigning any specific duties to respondent Nos.2 to 8 as illegal and arbitrary. The petitioner sought for a consequential direction to respondent No.1 to assign specific duties in writing as per proceedings No.282/1978/Rent, dated 16-2-1979.
At the hearing, Sri Mohd. Osman Shaheed, learned Counsel for respondent Nos.2 to 8, fairly conceded that as the petitioner was entrusted with the contract of Hundies, Goat skins, Heads and Legs and Hair cut, his clients are in no way interfering with the right of the petitioner in execution of the works relating to those items.
This submission of the learned Counsel is placed on record with the direction that the same constitutes a part of the order of this Court.
The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of.
As a sequel to the disposal of the Writ Petition, WPMP No.5470/2013 filed for interim relief is disposed of as infructuous.
