The Court made the following: ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive
relief:
“…to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not assigning the lands in Survey No.26 of Sitanagaram Village, Chintalapudi Mandal, West Godavari District, in favour of the petitioners as illegal and arbitrary and consequently, to direct the authorities to assign the said land in favour of the writ petitioners taking into account that the cultivation is being done after declaring that the petitioners are eligible for assignment of the Government land and allow the appeal, dated 29.05.2012, filed by the petitioners.”
At the hearing, Sri K.S.Murthy, learned counsel for the petitioners, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition. The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as
withdrawn.
As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, interim order, dated 09.08.2012, in WPMP.No.31398 of 2012 is vacated and WPMP.No.31398 of 2012 is dismissed as infructuous.
