The Court made the following:
ORDER:
This writ petition is filed with the apprehension that the D-form patta granted to the petitioner on 08.07.1999 in respect of land admeasuring Acs.4.62 cents in survey No.398/2 and 399/2 of Veerapalli Village, Ulavapadu Mandal, Prakasam District, may be cancelled and a fresh assignment may be given to the third parties. The petitioner, however, has not filed any material in support of her abovenoted apprehension. Therefore, I do not find any reason to entertain this writ petition at this stage.
However, to allay the petitioner’s apprehension, respondent No.3 is directed to issue notice to the petitioner in the event he proposes to cancel the assignment granted in her favour for any valid reason and consider the explanation, if any, that may be submitted by her before passing any order adverse to her interests.
Subject to the above direction, the Writ Petition is dismissed.
As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.39377 of 2013 filed by the petitioner for interim relief shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
