The Court made the following: ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief:
“…….to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly, one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondent banks in threatening the petitioner by saying that they will take coercive steps against the petitioner without investigation being done in the complaint filed by the petitioner against veeresh as illegal, arbitrary and opposed to the established principles of law and consequently direct the respondents banks herein not to take coercive steps against the petitioner and pass such other order or orders.”
After arguing the case, Smt K. Pallavi, learned Counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition, with liberty to her client to avail appropriate remedies available to him in law.
The request of the learned Counsel for the petitioner is accepted and the Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn.
As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, W.P.M.P.No.5022 of 2013, filed by the petitioner for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous.
