ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus to direct the respondents to issue No-Objection certificate for registration of the documents sought to be presented by the petitioners.
This Court in common judgment, dated 31.12.2012, in W.P.No.30526 of 2012 and batch held
that the Registering Officer has no power or jurisdiction to insist on production of No-Objection Certificates. Elaborate directions were issued in the said judgment as to the manner in which the documents presented to them for registration shall be treated.
Therefore, this Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of the common judgment, dated 31.12.2012, in W.P.No.30526 of 2012 and batch with the direction that the reasons and directions contained therein shall form part of this order.
As a sequel to disposal of the Writ Petition, W.P.M.P.No.2509 of 2012 filed by the petitioners for interim relief is disposed of as infructuous.
