This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief:
“…….. to issue any appropriate Writ, Order or direction, more particularly, one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the order in proceedings No.1(20)/2011-12/ML, dated 21.12.2011, issued by respondent No.3 directing respondent No.4 not to accept rice from the petitioner towards mill levy as illegal and arbitrary.”
At the hearing, Sri A.Prabhakar Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication by this Court.
Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
As a sequel to the dismissal of the Writ Petition, W.P.M.P.No.43365 of 2011 filed by the petitioner for interim relief is also dismissed as infructuous.
