The Court made the following:
ORDER:
This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief: “…..to issue a writ, order or a direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 4th respondent in passing the order dated 127-2013 in proceedings No.B/9209/2012 in exercise of powers under Section 9 of the A.P. Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971, as illegal, arbitrary, without jurisdiction, in gross violation of principles of natural justice and contrary to the A.P. Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971 and consequently set aside the same and pass such other order or orders….”
After arguing the case, Sri P.Lakshma Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to his client to pursue W.P.No.7924 of 2009.
The request of the learned counsel for the petitioner is accepted.
Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty in terms of the prayer made.
As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.42117 of 2013 filed by the petitioner for interim relief shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
