“…..issue a Writ order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents 1 and 2 in issuing Gazette Notification published No. 29, dated 18.07.1957 issued by the Government of Andhra Pradesh showing the statement of Wakf property of the Petitioners in including the Ali Manzil, Chappal Road, behind guest house Sarfekhas, Fathe Maidan, Hyderabad as item No.8, as illegal, arbitrary and against the natural justice and consequently the Respondents 1 and 2 to remove item No.8 from the Gazette Notification, dated 18.07.1957 and may pass such other order or orders….”

At the hearing, Sri S.S.Pervaiz, learned counsel for the petitioners, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petition.

The request of the learned counsel for the petitioners is accepted.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.42040 of 2013 filed by the petitioners for interim relief shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
