The Court made the following: ORDER:
The grievance of the petitioner in this Writ Petition is that despite the request made by her to respondent Nos.1 and 2 to conduct survey of her land bearing Plot No.145 in Survey No.36/3 of Krushinagar Colony, Bandlaguda Village, Uppal Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, the said respondents have not been taking any action.
At the hearing, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue (Telangana area), on instructions from respondent No.1, submitted that as the petitioner failed to identify her own plot, no steps for survey could be taken. Learned Assistant Government Pleader, however, stated that respondent No.1 has not issued any written communication to the petitioner mentioning the reasons for rejecting her request so far.
