ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed for a mandamus to declare the inaction of the official respondents in conducting a detailed enquiry on the petitioners’ representation dated 6- 11-2012 in respect of Ac.6-37 guntas in Sy.No.1/235/A and Ac.0-02 guntas in Sy.No.1/221/A of petitioner No.1; and Ac.6-37 guntas in Sy.No.1/235/B and Ac.0-02 guntas in Sy.No.1/221/B of petitioner No.2, totally admeasuring Ac.1336 guntas, of Anduguda village, Hamlet of Gudamamida, Jainoor Mandal, Adilabad District, as illegal and arbitrary.
