At the hearing, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue (Assignment), on instructions, submitted that in W.P.M.P.No.26813 of 2009 in W.P.No.20563 of 2009 filed by the persons similarly situated to the petitioner, this Court has granted an interim order on 23.09.2009, based on which the plots of the petitioners therein were regularized. The learned Assistant Government Pleader stated that the claim of the petitioner is similar to that of the petitioners in W.P.No.20563 of 2009.

In the light of this admitted position, this writ petition is allowed with a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner’s claim for regularization in terms of G.O.Ms.No.455 Revenue (UC-I) Department dated 29.07.2002 and communicate the decision to the petitioner within a period of two months from the date of receipt of this order.

As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.3012 of 2013 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
