The Court made the following:
ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive
relief :
“ … to issue a writ or order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring as illegal and violative of Article 21 of the Constitution of India the action of the respondent No.1 directing the petitioner by oral/verbal orders not to enter his bit of dry land admeasuring Ac.5-00 situate in Sy.No.1228 of Aswaraopet village and Mandal, Khammam District and it is further consequently prayed that this Hon’ble Court may be pleased to direct the respondent No.1 not to dispossess the petitioner from the said land and not to interfere with the peaceful possession and enjoyment thereof …”
At the hearing, Sri K. Ramesh Kumar, learned Counsel for the petitioner, sought for permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition.
The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed as
withdrawn.
As a sequel to the dismissal of the Writ Petition, WPMP No.40147/2013 filed for interim relief is disposed of as infructuous.
