The Court made the following: ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive
relief:
“…to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly, one in the nature of writ of Certiorari directing to quash proceedings No.G/481/2010, dated 29.08.2011 of respondent No.1 and consequently, to direct respondent No.1 not to interfere with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the petitioner in respect of land admeasuring Acs..2.00 in Survey No.327 of Mancherial Village, Adilabad District.”
At the hearing, Sri Vedula Srinivas, learned counsel for the petitioner, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to his client to file a Revision against the impugned order under para No.18(1) of Board Standing Order-15.
Having regard to the request of the learned counsel, the Writ Petition is dismissed, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, with liberty to the
petitioner in terms of the prayer made. As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, interim order, dated 13.12.2011, is vacated and W.P.M.P.No.38502 of 2011 is dismissed as infructuous.
