ORDER:
This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief:
“….to issue an order, direction or writ, more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring that the inaction of the official respondents in not restraining the 5th respondent in the construction in government land in Sy.No.76D of Paderu Town, Paderu Mandal as unjust, illegal and arbitrary and further direct the respondents 1 to 3 to expedite the process of allotting land to the petitioner for setting up a petty business and to pass such other order or orders……”
Sri Aravind Kumar P.S., learned counsel for the petitioner, addressed a letter dated 10.09.2013 to the Registry, wherein he has informed that his client has instructed him to withdraw the writ petition.
In view of the aforesaid letter, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, interim order dated 04.09.2012 in W.P.M.P.No.25912 of 2012 is vacated and W.P.M.P.No.25912 of 2012 and W.V.M.P.No.3548 of 2012 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
