ORDER:
This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief:
“….to issue a Writ, Order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring inaction of the Respondent Nos.2 to 4 in not passing orders on the Representation dated
17-06-2013 as being illegal, arbitrary and violative of Articles 14 and 300-A of the Constitution of India by setting aside the same and pending disposal of the above Writ Petition, direct the Respondent Nos.2 to 4 to forthwith pass orders on the representation of the petitioners dated 17-06-2013 and pass such other order or further orders….”
At the hearing, Sri T.C.D. Sekhar, learned counsel for the petitioners, requested for withdrawal of the writ petition with liberty to his clients to file a fresh writ petition with proper Annexure-I and relevant papers.
The request of the learned counsel for the petitioners is accepted.
The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with liberty in terms of the prayer made.
As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, W.P.M.P.No.30853 of 2013 filed by the petitioners for interim relief shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
