WRIT PETITION No. 21429 OF 2013
O R D E R:
Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, upon instructions from the 3rd respondent Station House Officer, Women Police Station (Urban), Warangal, informs this Court that the 4th respondent has filed an application only seeking counselling to her husband, parents-in-law and sister-in-law, who have driven her out with godspeed immediately after the marriage, and that the 3rd respondent police have never made any attempt to harass or arrest the writ petitioners herein. In this view of the matter, the learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that he would also use his good offices and counsel the petitioners and would ensure that they will be participating in the counselling process, as requested by the 4th respondent.
Therefore, no further orders are needed to be passed in this Writ Petition and hence, it is dismissed. No costs.
Consequently, the miscellaneous applications if any shall also stand dismissed.
