Entertaining Writ Petition No. 6827 of 2013, this Court passed detailed order by its order dated 7-3-2013, which runs as under :

“ Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for Respondents 2 and 3.

This Writ Petition is filed seeking a writ of mandamus for declaring the intimation, dated 09/12.03.2012 of the 2^nd respondent Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation, as illegal. The case of the petitioner is that she purchased plot No. 80 in Survey No. 66/2 of Raidurg Navkhalsa Village, Serilingampally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District and submitted an application to the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation seeking regularization of the said plot under Layout Regularization Scheme, but however, the same was rejected on the ground that the plot falls in the government land.

Today, when the matter is taken up, it is brought to the notice of this Court that in similar circumstances, this Court while dealing with Writ Petition No. 16834 of 2012, on 15.06.2012, has set aside the intimations given by the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation.

In that view of the matter, I deem it appropriate to set aside the intimation, dated 09/12.03.2012 and direct that subject to the writ petitioner depositing 50% of the land regularization scheme amount within 30 days from today, the 2^nd respondent Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation will process the application and intimate the total amount payable by the applicant. Upon payment of that total amount, land regularization scheme application may be dealt with in accordance with law and disposed of within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of the order in accordance with the rules.

With this, the Writ Petition stands allowed. No costs.

Consequently, the miscellaneous applications, if any shall stand disposed of. ”
