This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief:

“….to issue a Writ, Order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not disposing of the representations of the petitioners for issuing pattas in their favour in Sy.No.45 of Rudravaram Village, Kota Mandal, SPSR Nellore Dist., as illegal, arbitrary and contrary to Law, violative of ArticleS 14, 16 and 21 of the Constitution of India, principles of natural justice, discriminative in nature and consequently directing the 1, 2 and 4th respondents to issue pattas while considering the report of the Tahsildar submitted in W.P.M.P.No. 15541/1991, dt. 8-111991, in the interest of justice and pass such other order or orders…..”

At the hearing, Sri M.V.Raja Raam, learned counsel for the petitioners, requested for permission of the Court for withdrawal of the writ petition with liberty to his clients to move an appropriate application in W.P.No.11351 of 2011 for raising additional grounds and claiming additional relief, if any.

The request of the learned counsel for the petitioners is accepted.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty in terms of the prayer made.

As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, W.P.M.P.No.32577 of 2013 filed by the petitioners for interim relief shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
