ORDER :
Sri Y.Rama Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner, states that his client instructed him to withdraw the writ petition, as the sale transaction itself stood cancelled during the pendency of this case. Learned counsel would however seek the leave of this Court to allow his client to approach this Court hereafter if the cause of action again arises.
2. Permission granted.
3. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforestated. W.P.M.P.No.24346 of 2013 shall stand dismissed in consequence. No costs.
