ORDER :
The issue raised in this writ petition relates to the additional consumption deposit payable by the petitioner for the financial year 2012-2013.
2. By virtue of the interim order granted in the writ petition, the petitioner was permitted to pay 50 % of the amount demanded. As the said financial year has expired, the issue no longer survives for consideration and no further orders are required to be passed in this case.
3. The writ petition is accordingly closed. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
