ORDER:
This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief:
“…to issue a Writ or order or direction particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus pending disposal of the Writ Petition permit the petitioner to use the existing 33 feet road transferring between Kishan Nagar to Sardarnagar Village in Farooq Nagar Village & Mandal till the survey is re-conducted again by the first respondent identifying the 33 feet road.”
At the hearing, Ms.M.Uma Devi, learned counsel, representing Sri S.Krishna Murthy, learned counsel for the petitioner, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail fresh remedy, if need be.
The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with liberty in terms of the prayer made. As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.14803 of 2013 shall stand disposed of as
infructuous.
