O R D E R :
This Transfer C.M.P. is filed by the petitioner seeking to transfer the O.S. No.93 of 2007 on the file of the V Additional District Judge, (FTC), Eluru, West Godavari District to the Court of II Additional District Judge, Eluru, West Godavari District to try along with L.A.O.P.No.326 of 2012 (Old L.A.O.P.No.117 of 2009), which is pending on its file.
Heard the learned counsel and perused the material available on record.
Though both the matters are realting to civil and land acquisiton proceedings, this Court feels it just and proper to decide the same by the same Court.
In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, this Transfer C.M.P. is allowed and O.S.No.93 of 2007 pending on the file of the V Additional District Judge (FTC), Eluru, West Godavari District is withdrawn and trnasferred to the II Additional District Judge, Eluru, West Godavari District so as to try along with L.A.O.P.No.326 of 2012 (Old L.A.O.P.No.117 of 2009) which is pending on its file.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this petition, shall stand closed.
