ORDER:
The petitioner is wife of the respondent. The petitioner filed O.P.No.62 of 2012 on the file of Judge, Family Court, Vijayawada for grant of decree of divorce. The respondent filed O.P.No.41 of 2012 on the file of Senior Civil Judge, Darsi. Petitioner’s case is that she has no means to meet the traveling expenses to attend the Court proceedings at Darsi.
In the circumstances, O.P.No.41 of 2012 is withdrawn from the file of Senior Civil Judge, Darsi and transferred to the Court of Judge, Family Court, Vijayawada.
Accordingly, the Transfer C.M.P is allowed. Miscellaneous petitions if any pending, shall stand closed.
