O R D E R :
This Contempt Case is filed seeking to punish the Contemnors for their willful disobedience and flouting the orders of this Court passed on 27.01.2012 in W.P.M.P.No.3002 of 2011 in W.P.No.2420 of 2011.
Sri K.V.Subba Reddy, learned Government pleader for Transport submits that the Government has issued G.O in compliance of the orders passed by this Court.
In that view of the matter, this Contempt Case is closed.
However, it is left open to the petitioner to approach this Court if required.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this case, shall stand closed.
