JUDGMENT:
On 08.11.2013 it was represented that the appellant died and steps are being taken to bring the legal representatives of the appellant. On 19.11.2013, it is represented by the learned counsel for the appellant that efforts are being made to secure the particulars of the legal representatives of the appellant but the said efforts are failed. However, at the request of the learned counsel for the appellant, the matter is posted to today under the caption ‘for dismissal’. Today, there is no representation for the appellant.
In the above circumstances, the appeal is dismissed. No costs.
