ORDER:-
This contempt case is filed seeking to punish the respondents for violation of the order dated 25.04.2013 passed in W.P.M.P.No.7142 of 2013 in W.P.No.5749 of 2013 by this Court.
In view of the orders passed in W.V.M.P.No.1680 of 2013 in W.P.No.5749 of 2013, no purpose will be served in still entertaining this contempt case.
Accordingly, this contempt case is closed. No costs.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this contempt case, shall also stand closed.
