JUDGMENT:
Sri M.N. Narasimha Reddy, learned counsel for the appellants, filed a letter dated 16.12.2013, seeking permission of the Court to withdraw the Second Appeal, stating that the parties have settled the matter out of Court.
Permission is accorded and the Second Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.
