Having heard the learned Counsel for the parties, we dispose of this petition directing respondent No.5 (District Collector/District Magistrate, Srikakulam District) to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 30.01.2012 (annexure No.11 to the petition) upon hearing the petitioner and passing a speaking order. This shall be done within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication of a certified copy of this order.
Accordingly, this petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this petition are closed.
