Order:

The only contention of Sri C. Subodh, learned counsel for the petitioners in this revision, is that the petitioners have filed suit in CF No.6084 of 2013 and also an application for temporary injunction on 13.11.2013, which is also at SR stage, and that the said application is not heard and disposed of so far in view of the agitation going on in Andhra region.

This matter came up for hearing on 24.12.2013 and as per the directions of this Court, the petitioners have issued notice to the learned Government Pleader for Arbitration. Heard the learned Government Pleader for Arbitration.

It is not in dispute that the Courts are not regularly functioning in Andhra region as advocates are not appearing before the Courts. As far as urgent matters are concerned, the Courts cannot ignore passing of urgent orders merely because the Advocates are not appearing before the Courts. The urgent matters should be called in public Courts and the Courts should take the assistance of Government Pleaders or any other advocates who appear before the Courts and pass appropriate orders. The parties should not be put to inconvenience or hardship merely because the advocates are not attending the Courts.

Subject to the observations made supra, the CRP is disposed of directing the lower Court to pass appropriate orders in the unnumbered IA, filed for interim injunction orders, in accordance with law, within a period of four (4) weeks from today. In the meanwhile, the respondents herein shall not dispossess the petitioners from the suit schedule property.

However, in the circumstances, no costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending

in this CRP shall stand closed.
