O R D E R:
Sri C.Sunil Kumar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for APSRTC submits that as far as the theft of batteries are concerned, now the matter has been referred to the Vigilance Department and the Vigilance Department is looking into the matter. It is also submitted that the petitioner is reported to duty on 23.12.2013 in CNT Depot. In the above circumstances, there is no need to continue the contempt proceedings.
Accordingly, the contempt proceedings are closed.
