O R D E R:
Sri P.Sridhar Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner obtained interim injunction order on 29.10.2012 in I.A.No.228 of 2012 and when the said interim injunction was in force, the respondents took away the standing crop. In the above circumstances, petitioner filed I.A.No.85 of 2013 seeking police aid on 27.02.2013 and since then the petition is being adjourned.
In the circumstances, I feel that there is no need to issue any notice to the respondent. The lower Court is directed to dispose of the I.A.No.85 of 2013 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
