The Court made the following:
ORDER:
This Civil Revision Petition is filed against order dated 30-8-2012 in E.P.No.414/2009 in O.S.No.170/2004 on the file of the learned Principal Junior Civil Judge, Anantapur.
At the hearing, Sri K.V. Subba Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that the cause in the revision petition does not survive for adjudication.
The Civil Revision Petition is accordingly dismissed as infructuous.
As a sequel, CRPMP No.6741/2012 is disposed of as infructuous.
