ORDER:
Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the Criminal Revision Case reserving liberty to the petitioners to file petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. seeking for quashment of the proceedings in C.C.No.551 of 2011 on the file of the IV Addl. Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Chittoor.
Reserving the said liberty as sought for, Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn.
