O R D E R
Petitioner is the accused in Cr.No.96 of 2013 of Peravali Police Station, West Godavari District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420 and 406 of IPC.
Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the respondentState.
It is alleged against the petitioner that she borrowed some gold ornaments from the de facto complainant and pledged them with the bank without the consent of the de facto complainant and obtained loan. Basing on the report given by the de facto complainant, a case in Cr.No.96 of 2013 was registered against the accused for the offences punishable under the aforementioned sections.
Considering the nature of the offence, I am of the view that this is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the criminal petition is dismissed.
