ORDER:
This petition is filed by the petitioner under Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking to quash the proceedings against her in DVC.No.19 of 2013 on the file of the Special Judicial First Class Magistrate, Prohibition & Excise, Kurnool.
Heard.
The petitioner is facing trial in the above DVC filed by the 2nd respondent herein for the reliefs under Sections 18 to 22 of the Domestic Violence Act.
The submissions made by the learned Counsel for the petitioner are the factual aspects, which can be adjudicated by the trial Court after a full-fledged trial. In view of the same and in view of the nature of the proceedings, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the proceedings in the above DVC. However, the presence of the petitioner alone before the trial Court is dispensed with except on the dates when her presence is insisted by the trial Court.
With the above direction, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, stand
closed.
