ORDER:
The petitioner apprehends arrest in Crime No.257 of 2012 of Thorrur Police Station, Warangal Rural District, registered for the offences under sections 498-A and 406 of IPC., and Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961.
This is the second anticipatory bail application. The earlier bail application being Crl.Petition No.9206 of 2012 came to be dismissed on 27.12.2012 so far as the present petitioner is concerned.
Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent-State.
It is contended by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that the complainant invented a cause of action to confer jurisdiction on the Station House Officer, Thorrur so as to register a case against the petitioner and therefore, the petitioner deserves for grant of anticipatory bail.
Learned Additional Public Prosecutor opposed the application on the ground that earlier application came to be dismissed, taking into consideration the accusations levelled against the petitioner.

The accusation levelled against the petitioner is that he misbehaved with the complainant in the absence of her husband. Such is the ground for dismissal of the earlier application, I do not see any change of circumstances that enure to the benefit of the petitioner to renew his request for grant of anticipatory bail.
Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed.
