The respondent No.1 in Criminal Petition No.10557 of 2010 and the respondent No.2 in Criminal Petition No.13632 of 2010 being one and the same, he will hereinafter referred to as respondent. The respondent herein is an agriculturist and resident of Tappetlamorsu village, Gattu Mandal, Mahaboobnagar District. It is alleged that A1 to A4 colluded and swallowed the compensation amount payable to him and to LWs.1 to 4. A private complaint was filed before the Court of Judicial First Class Magistrate at Gadwal, which was referred to the police under Section 156(3) of Cr.P.C. In the said complaint, it is stated that on 07.09.2010, the complainant came to know that A1 to A4 colluded and hatched a plan to usurp the compensation amount pertaining to the victims. On an apprehension that the amounts have been swallowed, a representation was made to the District Collector, Mahaboobnagar to take necessary steps against A2 and A3 for their illegal acctivities. It is alleged that the respondent herein is entitled to receive an amount of Rs.1,83,713/- pertaining to the land acquired along with a hut vide cheque No.612239. LWs.1 to 4 are entitled to receive an amount of Rs.76,569/-, 1,20,000/-, 1,79,822/- and 90,645 vide cheque Nos.61235, 61237, 61238 and 61240 respectively pertaining to their acquired land along with huts.
