Petition under sections 437 & 439 of Cr.PC., praying that in the circumstances stated in the memo of grounds filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to direct release of the Petitioners on bail pending enquiry and trial arising out of Crime No. 122 of 2013 of Yemmiganur Rural Police Station, Kurnool District.
The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the memo of grounds filed herein, and upon hearing the arguments of Sri T. Nagarjuna Reddy, Advocate for the Petitioners, and of Addl. Public Prosecutor for Respondent, the Court made the following.
ORDER:
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Addl. Public Prosecutor representing the State.
2. Learned Addl. Public Prosecutor submits that material part of the investigation in the matter is completed and charge sheet has been filed. In the circumstances, petitioners-accused be released on bail on their executing personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousands) each with two sureties each for the like sum to the satisfaction of JFCM, Yemmiganur, Kurnool District. 4. The criminal petition is allowed.
